PostHeaderIcon Kirby Vacuums Have Interchangeable Parts

The Kirby is a rare brand indeed, since their vacuums share a lot of replacement parts.Replacement bags for Kirby Generation 3 models will also fit Kirby’s Heritage II, Legend, and Legend II vacuum cleaner bags. Available in fiber, these are also manufactured with an allergy reduction filter that has been electrostatically charged to capture microscopic particles and reduce the level of allergens in the home. The G5 Kirby bags are made to fit to all G5 models as well. The two model series share replacement parts as well as bags; the belts, bag/tube tie, and bag clamp, as examples, fit both series.

The G4 vacuuming hose, upholstery nozzle, dust brush and wall ceiling brush with a surface nozzle fit the other models in that serioes, while G4 bag isn’t made to fit G5 series models. And the well known Kirby G5 series shares a lot of spare parts with the advanced series, GSix. Shared parts include the replacement vacuum cleaner brush roll with a magnet; the vacuum cleaner fan fits the entire line of Generation 3, G4, G5 and GSix models; and the fill tube fits not only the GSix models but also the Legend, Heritage 1HD, Heritage 2HD, Generation 3, G4, and G5.

There are many different parts models GSix, G200 and Ultimate G can use, because they have identical specifications: products like wands, tools, hoses, brushes and other similar attachments. An extension wand, crevice tool, vacuum cleaner hose and a dust brush fit all these models without any problems at all. And the same spare parts are suitable for these series. The shampoo brush roll, rug plate, replacement fan, fill tube and a Kirby vacuum cleaner belt from GSix series are designed in such way to fit all models.

As you can see, Kirby vacuum cleaners are made in such way that you won’t have a problem with finding a replacement part. It is not really important what kind of models you have, the truth is you will always have enough space to maneuver when it comes to replacement parts and keeping your Kirby vacuum in order.
