Past Lives Remembered

‘Regression Therapy’ simply means eliminating dark or negative and give release to positive or light. Using this therapy allows the client to return to his past life and experiences while his consciousness remains active. This is what is known as past life regression.
Previous experiences can include memories from your adulthood, your adolescence, childhood and even the time you spent before birth.
To take this one step further past life regression therapy is used to take people even further back to a life before their present one to a life they had lived before.
Many people have some trouble coming to terms with the idea of living more than one lifetime, but there is actually quite a bit of evidence that suggests that one’s current life is only one of many. There are many well-respected people throughout history who have strongly believed in past lives, such as General George Patton, who believed his many lives spent in battle helped him strategize so well in World War II.
Some examples of regression sessions have resulted in clients finding out that they were once involved in the French Revolution, battling for their freedom; some talk about herding sheep in the Alps or even about being in a hunting party, stalking a mammoth. Some people even discover that people they knew in those past lives are either a spouse or child to them in this one.
Clients, who have undergone this Regression Therapy spoke of life as an official in a foreign kingdom; clearly and vividly describing the experiences of fighting in a war; hunting in the Stone Age and of having the same partner then, as now in the present.
People have been able to verify information about what they remembered during their life, in the past life therapy session. This information can be verified anytime in old parish records etc. Psychology professionals have developed and used this therapy since the 1950’s. And these methods are still used successfully today.
Knowing what happened in the past can help us understand why we feel the way we do about certain areas of our life. It helps us understand ourselves more completely and our patterns of behavior.
Regression therapists have coined a phrase of ‘Faulty Thoughts’. These thoughts are the negative ones created in a person’s past life or lives, which turns into emotional baggage and also bad karma in the life they presently lead.
The only person who can release this negative impression is the person who created it. This allows a person to change their patterns into something positive. Some methods used to release this negative pattern is re-patterning, karmic repayment and forgiveness.
The forgiveness part of this have a biblical basis as in ‘Do to others as you would have them do to you.’ The karmic repayment, (based on the word karma (which is neither good nor evil; it is the uttering of our mentality that tells us what we should be doing because of results of our past actions), means correctly changing your negative behavioral patterns with the purpose of repaying them.
After learning how to correct our behavior, we can re-pattern our thoughts and energies by replacing any negativity with kindness, tranquility, harmony and love.
Even though this can wear you out sometimes, Regression Therapy is known to be a life changing experience. A great number of the people testify that using this procedure has lasting results such as a stronger sense of individuality, a new outlook on their life, and a more positive attitude.
To achieve this, each client must have a strong commitment and know himself and be able to make the changes the way he is expecting his life to be.
Regression therapy is a very interesting topic, and you really should seriously consider trying this for yourself whether it be out of just interest, to find out who you may have been in a previous life, or even to just help you on the problems you are having in your present day life.
